Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any membership, training package, private session training package or event ticket (all herein referred to as "service"), the buyer understands they are locking into the outlined terms of the purchase that are either listed in the service description or that were agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Purchased services can only be cancelled for health reasons that prevent any type of participation (doctor's note required), or if the buyer moves more than 15 miles from their current location (proof of move required). NO REFUNDS will be issued for unused time. With the purchase of an auto-drafted membership, the buyer acknowledges that the cancellation fee will be one final term payment after the cancellation request has been issued.
The buyer understands that prices may be increased at any time. The buyer is responsible for informing Rise Training Center in writing of any credit card or debit card changes. If the billing method is not updated BEFORE the billing date, the plan will be cancelled and repurchase will be at the current price. Plans are non-transferrable.
Buyer assumes ALL RISKS, INJURIES, ILLNESS, and possible DEATH that could potentially occur in participating in any of the offered training services provided by Rise Training Center, its coaches, affiliates or colleagues. Buyer WILL NOT hold Rise Training Center accountable nor hold any family, coaches, affiliates, members, or students accountable or liable.
Buyer also consents to allow the use of their image in pictures and video clips for promotional use.
Completion of any training purchase is an agreement to ALL of these terms & conditions.
