Athleta and Rise Training Center present: Women Rising! This beginner friendly workshop will arm each participant with the basic principles and tactics of our modern Krav Maga self-defense program, helping you to feel safer and more confident! Krav Maga is considered to be the most realistic self-defense system and is one of the most sought after programs for self-defense in the world. Join us at Athleta for a class from 8a-9a and then private shopping and snacks from 9a-10a! This event is for women ages 14+
