This class will be a circuit style class incorporating bodyweight, kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension trainers and ab wheels! At this class, you will train aggressive striking drills on pads plus do various drills that prepare you to survive being punched from early detection to "oh shit, I'm being hit!" Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and sweat towel and a change of shirt if taking multiple classes.

(11a-11:45a) This KNIFE DEFENSE class will cover tactics and drills for enhancing survivability against a low stab attempt, overhand stab attempt and cover the importance of fighting back after being stabbed. Blunt, rounded training knives will be used.
