Fit to Fight has designed the Sparology program to develop fighting skills for all levels of experience in a fun, safe, controlled, but effective setting - PLUS it's great for improving fitness levels! It utilizes various clinch work and kickboxing to develop all ranges of fight skills. This allows students who aren't naturally aggressive or fight oriented to bridge the gap between knowing techniques and applying them in a protracted sparring type session. Approved boxing gloves and shin guards REQUIRED.
